Agile is the project management methodology that focuses on customer’s involvement, collaboration of cross-functional teams, fast delivery and flexible change management. The whole project is divided into multiple phases and the delivery of part of the project is always at the end of these phases.
The PMI-ACP certificate give a high credibility to those certified because it requires a minimum number of working hours in agile projects and agile training that covers agile concepts, methodologies, practices, tools and techniques.
There are no prerequisites before taking the course
- Secondary degree (High School) or higher
- Project Experience (2000 hours or 12 months working in projects as a team member at least in the last 5 years)
- Agile Experience (1500 hours or 8 months working in agile projects as a team member in the last 3 years). These hours are added to the 2000 hours of the general project experience.
