7-P

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026 · Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Who we are

7-P Exam Prep (the “App”) and its related services are operated by Seven Pharaohs Technology Inc., a Canadian corporation trading as 7-P (“7-P”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). For privacy questions or requests, contact our Privacy Officer at support@7-p.ca.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when it is disclosed, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you. The App may be offered worldwide where it is available through an authorized app store or 7-P service.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address, a salted hash of your password, an optional display name, email-verification status, and confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement. We do not store or have access to your plaintext password.

Study activity: exam attempts, answers, scores, bookmarks, bookmark notes, flashcard progress, and related progress history.

Device and consent information: a random installation identifier generated by the App, consent choices and timestamps, notification preferences, and a push-notification token only if you enable notifications. The installation identifier is not an advertising identifier.

Purchases: Apple or Google processes payment-card information for in-app purchases. We do not receive your card details. We and RevenueCat receive store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, and subscription status so that premium access can be provided and restored.

Support and website information: information you include in an enquiry or support request and basic server information needed to secure and operate our services, such as IP address, request time, and technical error information.

3. Information we do not currently collect

Version 1.0 is ad-free and does not use an advertising SDK or collect an advertising identifier. We do not currently enable an analytics or crash-reporting provider. The App does not collect precise location, contacts, calendars, photos, camera or microphone recordings, health data, or external browsing history.

4. How we use information

5. Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to providers that support the service:

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of users or 7-P, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International processing

7-P operates from Canada. Some providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Information may therefore be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of those jurisdictions. We use contractual, access-control, encryption, and vendor-management safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

7. Retention

Information that has been irreversibly anonymized and can no longer identify a person may be retained for service integrity, reporting, and statistical purposes.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; and complain to a privacy regulator. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

Send requests to support@7-p.ca. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Canadian users may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. United States residents may also exercise any applicable state privacy rights through the same email address.

9. Account deletion and subscriptions

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the store account used to purchase it. Some transaction records may be retained as described above even after account deletion.

10. Children

The App is intended for users aged 16 and older. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a person under 16 has created an account.

11. Security

We use safeguards including salted password hashing, TLS encryption in transit, restricted server access, encrypted off-site backups, access controls, monitoring, and security audit records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice or request renewed consent when required for a material change.
