Terms of Service

Effective date: September 24, 2026 · Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the 7-P Exam Prep mobile application, related websites, content, accounts, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Seven Pharaohs Technology Inc., trading as 7-P (“7-P”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Availability and eligibility

The App may be offered worldwide where it is available through an authorized app store or 7-P service. Availability may vary by store, device, product, and jurisdiction. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the App. If the law where you live requires a higher age or parental authorization, that requirement also applies.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify support@7-p.ca of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a manner that bypasses product or licensing restrictions.

4. The Service

The Service provides original practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, progress tracking, and related certification study tools. It is an independent educational resource. It is not an official examination, does not reproduce live exam questions, and does not guarantee eligibility for, admission to, or success in any examination.

5. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own lawful study. You must not:

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Service and its original content are owned by Seven Pharaohs Technology Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

All certification names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. 7-P Exam Prep, operated by Seven Pharaohs Technology Inc., is an independent exam-preparation provider. Seven Pharaohs Technology Inc. is a PeopleCert Accredited Training Partner. Except where expressly stated, it is not affiliated with, authorized, licensed, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI), ISACA, or ISC2. References are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription or other purchase. Apple, Google, or the applicable web payment provider processes payment. Prices, taxes, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal details are shown before purchase.

An auto-renewable subscription renews unless it is cancelled through the store or payment account before renewal. Deleting the App or deleting a 7-P account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. You are responsible for managing cancellation through the provider used for purchase.

8. Refunds and training cancellations

Exam-practice and self-paced digital purchases are final, subject to mandatory law and applicable store rules. Instructor-led training has separate cancellation windows and exam-voucher deductions. The complete rules are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Changes, availability, and updates

We may add, update, remove, or retire content and features; correct errors; perform maintenance; or modify compatibility and technical requirements. We will not intentionally remove paid access in a way that defeats a current subscription without providing a legally appropriate remedy. Internet access and a supported device may be required.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, misuse, or harm to the Service or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Educational disclaimer

The Service is provided for education and exam preparation. We do not guarantee that content is error-free, that a certification body will not change its syllabus or examination, or that you will pass an examination. You remain responsible for confirming current prerequisites, policies, official objectives, and examination requirements with the applicable certification owner.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free content. This section does not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7-P and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunity, data, or examination fees arising from the Service.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, 7-P’s total aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to 7-P for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, violation of privacy obligations, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold 7-P harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized redistribution of content, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify 7-P for its own negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of law.

15. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a claim, you and 7-P agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after written notice is sent to support@7-p.ca.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any consumer right to bring a claim in another forum, the courts located in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not prevent use of an eligible small-claims procedure.

16. Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms waives or limits a consumer, privacy, refund, warranty, or other legal right that cannot be waived or limited. If a mandatory law or app-store term conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory law or applicable store term controls to the extent of the conflict.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or law. We will publish the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when required for a material change. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already earned under mandatory law.

18. General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; 7-P may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the business.
