Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases from Seven Pharaohs Technology Inc., trading as 7-P, including 7-P Exam Prep products, online training, instructor-led training, and exam vouchers. It forms part of the applicable purchase terms.
1. Exam-practice products
Purchases of exam-practice products, subscriptions, question banks, flashcards, mock exams, and other digital study materials are final and non-refundable once purchased, whether the purchase is made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or a 7-P website.
Digital access may be made available immediately. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
2. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases
Apple and Google process purchases made through their stores. Refund eligibility and the refund decision are also subject to the applicable store’s rules. 7-P cannot issue an Apple App Store refund directly and may not be able to issue a Google Play refund after the period during which developer refunds are permitted.
- Apple: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and select “Request a refund.”
- Google Play: use the Google Play refund process or open your Play order history and select “Report a problem.”
3. Web purchases
Exam-practice and self-paced online-training products purchased directly from a 7-P website are final and non-refundable once purchased or access is provided. Approved refunds for other eligible web purchases are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Self-paced online training
Recorded, on-demand, e-learning, and other self-paced online-training purchases are final and non-refundable. Live virtual classes taught by an instructor are treated as instructor-led training under Section 5, not as self-paced online training.
5. Instructor-led training cancelled by the participant
This section applies to scheduled live instructor-led courses, whether delivered in person or virtually.
- Seven or more calendar days before the scheduled course start: the amount paid is fully refundable.
- Fewer than seven calendar days before the scheduled course start: the refund equals the amount paid, less a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the course fee and less the full cost of any exam voucher that has already been purchased, issued, activated, assigned, or otherwise made non-recoverable for the participant.
- On or after the scheduled course start, or for a no-show: the purchase is non-refundable.
If the deductions for a late cancellation equal or exceed the amount paid, no refund is due. A cancellation is effective when the request is received by 7-P at support@7-p.ca.
6. Transfers and substitutions
Instead of cancelling an instructor-led course, a participant may ask to transfer to another available session or substitute another eligible participant. Approval is subject to availability, certification-owner rules, voucher restrictions, and any costs already incurred. A transfer or substitution is not guaranteed.
7. Courses cancelled or changed by 7-P
If 7-P cancels an instructor-led course, the participant may choose a transfer to another available session, a credit, or a refund of the amount paid to 7-P for the cancelled course. If a course is rescheduled, the participant may accept the new date or request the same remedies.
7-P is not responsible for non-refundable travel, accommodation, visa, lost-work, or other third-party costs. Participants should avoid making non-refundable arrangements until the course is confirmed.
8. Exam vouchers
Exam vouchers are issued by third parties and may be subject to the certification owner’s own expiry, rescheduling, transfer, cancellation, and refund rules. Once a voucher has been purchased, issued, activated, assigned, or made non-recoverable for a participant, its full cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.
9. Duplicate charges and technical problems
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or prevented by a verified technical problem on 7-P’s side from accessing a paid product, contact support@7-p.ca. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing or access errors. Never send a payment-card number or account password.
10. How to request an eligible refund
Email support@7-p.ca with:
- the purchaser’s name and email address;
- the order, invoice, or store transaction number;
- the product or course name and scheduled start date, if applicable;
- the reason for the request; and
- supporting information for a duplicate charge or technical problem.
For an eligible direct purchase, 7-P will normally approve or decline the request within 10 business days. Processing by a payment provider or financial institution may take additional time. Any currency conversion, bank, or payment-processing difference is controlled by the applicable provider.
11. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. Where mandatory law or an app-store rule conflicts with this policy, the mandatory law or applicable store rule controls.
